Back to goal-setting

Yesterday I finished up a project by making this cute little bee shell for my dress-up turtle. It was his third shell, so I did a photo shoot and got him listed on Etsy... okay, caught up with projects. No orders. No deadlines. No plan. I just sat in my chair and played games on my tablet.

The "good" news is that I cleared a nightmarishly hard level on Candy Crush... one that I've been working on for over a week. The bad news is that I felt guilty about not getting something productive done.

I think that I need a framework of goals to work towards each month, to keep myself on track and keep moving in the right direction. So I'm back to setting some goals for August. I decided on a ten-point list this month. Ten goals should be easy to reach. Of course, orders take precedence, so if I get a custom Etsy order, I'll drop everything and work on that.

Goal #1: To work down my scrap box (which is always on the ottoman to the left of my chair). I prefer to have all the yarn fit on one side of the box, so I can close it up and take it along as a project box.
When I look at the box, I think, "oh, I want to make a sparkly pink gecko, and a little green turtle, and make that tropical fish pattern with that purple and some bright yellow..." A few "scrappy projects" will clean up the box nicely!

8/4 update - Making a few Hug Monsters took down the orange on the right and the fuschia hiding in the top left.... so I'm making progress!
Sparkly Pink Gecko Done!
(only used half the yarn in my box!)

It's looking much better!
Augie finished off a lot of small balls of yarn from my scrap bin!
Goal #2 is to publish my dress-up turtle pattern. I have been working on the pattern since early July. I've made three turtles and about a dozen shells. Now I need to compile all the info, get some production pictures, get it tested and published... then...somewhere down the line...it will be released step by step on this blog as a Crochet-Along (CAL).
I have the pattern typed, but my version 1.0 is covered with additions, revisions and corrections... so I need to focus on getting it updated, tested and published!

8/4 update... now I've made 4 turtles and have the pattern ready for testing!

8/7 update - DONE! The pattern is published! It is available on Ravelry and Etsy

Goal #3 is to promote my shop daily. I want to get up a post on Instagram and post one Etsy listing to various sales groups on Facebook. August is typically a slow month for sales... I'd like to set some new sales records this month!

Goal #4 is to work on one new design... I have a short list of 9 possibilities in my planner... We'll see which one jumps out at me when I'm feeling especially creative!

Done... worked up my pattern for a rainbow hedgehog. My pattern is a scribbled mess, so it will be a while before I type it up and publish it.

I saw a design contest on Instagram for the month of August... so I jumped on that, to make a small amigurumi that would fit into the palm of your hand. I made a Sleepy Sloth. I'll know by September 7th if I'm one of the 6 finalists... If I'm not a finalist, I will publish the pattern to Ravelry and Etsy, and put a free version here.

Goal #5 is "One Big Project"... pulling a paid pattern that will result in a large, higher-priced finished item. I used to always have one big project in the works, but I got away from that. (Started a Pocket Shawl, which is a hot item right now... should I give myself credit for starting, or do I have to wait until it's finished?)

Goal #6 is to finish the Ocean Friends blanket. The base blanket in Royal Blue is pictured with my scrap box in Goal #1. I just need to make some cute little appliques... turtle, starfish, coral, shark, fish, maybe even a mermaid, and sew them to the blanket... maybe a couple of hours of work... but the blanket has been sitting unfinished by my chair for weeks (maybe months?)

Goal #7 - make three African flower sea turtles. They're cute, they're fun to make, they will help meet Goal #1, and I've actually sold a couple!

One down, two to go!

Goal #8 - Make 3 mini dragons. Once again, they're cute, they're fun to make, they will help meet Goal #1, and I've actually sold a couple...

Finished 8/6. Finished the gray yarn, too!

Goal #9 (we're getting there) is to make three chicken potholders. I sold a lot of these last year, and they get lots of Etsy views, so I want to get some made up and update my Etsy Listing to see if having ready-to-ship options helps get sales moving again.

Goal #10 is to make one item from my best-seller list (hedgehog, gecko, mermaid, unicorn, turtle, elephant, butter lamb, dragon, octopus, donut, cupcake, bottle sling, moose, taco, giraffe) - DONE! Made a gecko!

Okay, goals are put in writing... let the progress begin!

Well, my progress on goals was slowed when I signed up to test a complicated pattern.
I worked on this tractor for about a week. The pattern is available on Ravelry - just click on the word "tractor".

I also spent some time organizing my work space, my patterns and my yarn. I got a few custom orders, which got bumped to the top of my to-do list, and made up little surprises to go along with ready-to-ship orders. So while I didn't ace my list this month, it's been a productive month. I set new records for August Sales, and August Etsy sales. I gained some new followers on Instagram. I designed a few new items.

A list of lists...

Lately, it seems like I've been making lots of lists...
  •  items that need to be added to my Etsy shop
  •  items already in my Etsy shop that need updated pictures or videos
  •  patterns I'd like to make
  • items that need to be restocked
  • designs I'd like to work up
  • items with the most views in my Etsy shop
  • best sellers
  • things to get done this month
  • things to get done today
  • Shopping lists
  • potential meals for the week
  • food items in the fridge that need to be used up
It goes on and on... sometimes, I'll finish up a project and just stare at my list of "Items I want to make this month" and feel so overwhelmed that I pick up my tablet and play Candy Crush instead!

For instance, here's my list called "Top Projects for this Month"
Donut

Donuts are a quick, fun project that use up scrap yarn... and I like to have a bunch on hand for craft shows, or to send with an order as a bonus... but even though they were on my list all month, the only time I made one was when I made a mini donut to send as a traveling snack with a small stuffed animal...

Baby Groot... I have a groot-colored yarn out... he's cute... I've made three so far, and they sold quickly... just need to find the pattern... and the time...

Baby Shark... I have a cute pattern... I figure these would be great filler for my craft show table (when craft shows start up again... I'm hoping Fall shows will still take place!) This should be a quick, fun project...
Dogtor Made this back in June, and it sold on Etsy... I want to restock it. Pattern is Dogtor by Sweet n' Cute creations.

Mermaid - I just sold a cute little mermaid on Etsy, so I need to restock the listing... But I have so many mermaid patterns... which one do I use?

Pusheen - This pattern for Pusheen with an ice cream cone is so cute... I just have to make one!

Hilde
One of my favorite designers, Yarn Society, recently published a pattern for Hilde the Cow. I knew as soon as I saw it, I HAD to make one... I did, and it sold within 24 hours... then I made another, and it sold, and I got orders for two more... then another... I need to get a few made up and ready to ship!

Pacifiers... we just had a baby shower for my oldest daughter, due at the end of September with a little girl. I made a couple of pacifiers as gifts for the family cats (since you're supposed to take a gift for the siblings when you take a baby gift, right?) The cat pacifiers had catnip in them, but they're such a fun, quick project that I wanted to add them to my Etsy shop without the catnip!

Cat Couch...
Speaking of cats... mini couches for cats have been making the rounds on the internet lately... so I figured I'd try my hand at one. I bought a roll of foam cushion to make the couch base... I have printed out patterns and ideas... but I still need to get around to making one!
Baby Goat... Bruce the Beardie... Sprinkles Dragoncorn
I recently was gifted a pattern collection from a designed called Manic Yarn. Oh, man, there are so many of her patterns I want to make!

Fluffy Chicken...
Back in May, I made this multi-colored chicken... Because I thought it was adorable and would sell quickly. Within 24 hours of putting it in my Etsy shop, I could see that someone put it in their cart... but alas, it was not purchased. When I posted pics in a Facebook sales group, someone asked, "Can you make a fluffy chicken like this?" and posted a picture of a Silkie chicken. I think I can alter the pattern to make a silkie chicken... but working with so much eyelash yarn may be traumatic... so it keeps getting pushed down on my to-do list!

Unicorn... always a best seller... when in doubt, make a unicorn...

Anemone Hat
Back in May, I got a request for a custom order Anemone hat... The purple version was my first try, which the customer loved (but apparently didn't love enough to pay for... after two weeks of non-payment, I put it up as an open listing and it sold immediately), then I made the "gummy worms" version (still available). I have an idea to change my pattern a bit to make it faster... just need to decide on a color scheme and cast on!

Rainbow Elephant - Rainbow Rex
I made up this Rainbow Elephant last summer, and he sold at a summer street fest. He's been on my list to remake since then. I also printed out a picture of a rainbow T-rex that I saw online. Yup... on the list...

Sleepy Bears Lovey
Okay, it took a while, but I looked it up. In July of 2017, I saw a pattern for an adorable baby blanket that has a sleeping teddy bear on it (Sleep Tight Teddy Lovey). I bought the pattern... but, guess what? Still haven't made it...

Okay, that's one list... just what's left on the list for this month... to my credit, I did knock a bunch of items off the list... Oh, wait... I should add "new scrubbie design" to the list... browsing through my yarn stash, I remembered an idea I didn't write down on a list...

Right now, I'm working towards publishing a pattern for a dress-up turtle... I've made three so far as I refine the pattern... and that generates lists of its own...
  • corrections to make on pattern
  • photos to get to update pattern
  • steps to publication
  • possible dress-up shells

Oh, man... the list for potential dress-up shells just keeps growing... bumble bee, pizza, pumpkin, unicorn, apple, valentine, Jack Skellington, ninja, patriotic, watermelon, orange...

So many lists... so little time... I guess I'd better get working on one of my lists!

How to turn on a light in ten minutes

This evening, I was sitting in my recliner, crocheting, when I realized that I needed to turn on the lamp next to my chair. Now it's not as easy as it sounds... there is a cube bookcase with my crochet supplies between me and the lamp, so I have to get up and go around the bookcase to deal with the lamp.

I gathered up my current project (a scrappy giraffe) and set it down on the ottoman to my left. I noticed that the cooling fan that is keeping me from overheating in our 90-degree weather was running low on water.

So, I head out to the kitchen to fill up the measuring cup I use to fill the water canister. It's a skinny little slot, so there's one measuring cup that works really well, without spilling. When I looked around the kitchen for it, it was on the table, next to the baked oatmeal we had for supper. Oh, yeah, that should be cool by now. I need to put it in the fridge. Well, the plastic wrap to put on top is under the sink, and when I went over to the sink, I saw that there were a few dirty dishes that needed to go into the dishwasher. I got them put into the dishwasher, washed the few items that aren't dishwasher-proof, and started the dishwasher. Of course, all that running water reminded me that I needed a bathroom break...

Coming back through the kitchen, I see the oatmeal is still out. I get the plastic wrap and get it covered, but in order to fit the pan into the fridge, I have to move stuff around. There are only two eggs left in the egg holder on the door, so I take the full dozen and refill that. Okay, now there are just two eggs left in the carton... so I cut the carton down to two-egg size, fit that nicely next to the pan of oatmeal, and put the cut-off carton on the counter to take out to recycling. Oh, there's an empty vanilla bottle, the can from the black olives I opened for lunch, and an empty tissue box too. I guess I really should take the recycling out to the garage. When I toss the vanilla bottle into the plastic, I see a gallon milk just that's in the bin, not hanging on the cord where we keep the bulky plastic jugs. I must have been in a hurry the last time I took stuff out! I put the jug on the cord, where it belonged.

Okay, where was I? I came out to the kitchen for something... Oh,yea. The water for my fan. I filled up the container, put the water into my fan, and took the measuring cup back out to the kitchen.

I finally got around to turning on the lamp... and sat in my chair, only to hear a timer going. You see, I set a timer to remind me to put the oatmeal in the fridge, but when I put it away a little early, I forgot to turn off the timer! Back out to the kitchen again!

So, now the light is on, and I can crochet... except for the fact that I opened up my laptop to type this, and as long as the laptop is out, I might as well check Facebook, and play a game or two, and check the stats in my Etsy Shop (did the promoting I do today get me any views?)

Sooner or later, I'm going to get back to my crochet project...

2020, what a year... June 2020, what a month!

When I wrote up my goals for 2020, I had no idea that 2020 would be turned upside down by a pandemic. Craft shows were cancelled, my part-time job went from 25 hours per week to 5, my husband was home (for one week, then he got to go back to work... at strange hours), craft stores were closed.

And, surprisingly, my sales went up. I started breaking records. Maybe because I was churning out new stuff like crazy? Maybe because I had more time to focus on updating listings? Maybe because the college girl came home, and we had to get good internet at home? Probably all of the above.

My Etsy shop seems to be getting noticed more, and instead of my usual 4 sales per month, I'm getting 8-12 sales per month, mostly ready-to-ship items. In the meantime, I came back to work at 25 hours per week, so crafting time is limited again. When items sell in my shop, I try to replace them ASAP... but I seem to be flitting from project to project. I want to make ALL the fun new stuff...

My Etsy sales are going through the roof this month. June is usually a slow month for me overall... the most Etsy sales I've ever had in June before was 2.... June 18th, and I just got my 10th sale of the month. I've beat my best June sales (which included a craft show) record, and I'm closing in on my best month ever with Etsy sales... (6/26 Update: currently tied with most sales in one month on Etsy, and 95 cents away from having my best month ever on Etsy!) A good portion is due to my favorite new pattern:

One of my favorite designers, Yarn Society, just released an adorable pattern for a small Highland Cow. She had put a preview in a Ravelry group, and I told her that when that pattern came out, I was going to drop everything and make one. Well, I made one, and it sold within 12 hours. So I made another, and that sold within a few days, with a request for two more. So far, I've made them in a light brown and orange. I want to try dark brown... and black... and white with spots...

But I want to get back to turtles... I found this free pattern for an African Flower Turtle when browsing through Ravelry patterns. The pattern works up quickly, and I had such fun making them... I actually haven't sold any yet, but I got an order for a larger size... Now that craft stores are open again, I got the yarn... just need to find the time. It's on my list!

I had a Master's Blanket lovey in my work basket for ages. It was a knit blanket, a mindless project that I could work on while watching TV (knit a row, purl a row). Well, I finished it, and had yarn left over, so made a smaller second one, which sold the day I listed it... so I made another...

With summer approaching, I decided to expand my horizons and try making Freeze Pop holders. That held my attention for about one day... got them listed in my  shop and moved on to my next distraction.

Right now, I have a custom order for 3 Highland Cows that I'm working on... then I want to make a gift for a little girl having her tonsils out next week... and then I have a dragon to make for another custom order... and I need to work on that big turtle... So my crochet time is booked for the rest of the week/weekend... but what does it look like when I'm trying to decide on a new project?

Hmmm... I just got that pattern for a baby dragon. It's cute and it works up quickly, and it only uses a little scrap yarn, so I should make that... oh, but wait... I got this tan and black yarn out to make that baby goat... where is the pattern for that? I look into the folder of patterns from that designer... Oh, look... a bearded gecko. I should make that. Or that fancy dragon! Oh, I'm intimidated. I should pick something smaller, like that Baby Shark! Or Baby Groot! I probably should make up another striped snake. Inventory is getting low on those. I need to get a little more scrap yarn from the craft room. Oh, yeah. There's that foam I bought to make a cat couch. They seem to be going viral. I look through a pile of patterns in the craft room... and find about a dozen more "I have to make this soon!" patterns...

There are design ideas in my day planner... bags of yarn sorted out for projects, lists in my Google docs, lists in my planner, lists on slips of paper by my chair. There's no shortage of projects... just time.

And so I keep plugging away at projects. I don't update the blog much... but I do tend to post progress pictures on my Facebook Page or Instagram (PenguinPlaceCrafts).

So thanks for stopping by, thank you for visiting my Etsy shop, and THANK YOU if you have made a purchase!

Etsy Milestone Giveaway

Well, 2020 sure threw us all a curve! When I wrote my last blog post, I   never would have imagined that a pandemic would result in a statewide stay at home order.

Spring craft shows were canceled. Craft stores are closed. I have plenty of yarn, but that one last bag of fiberfill I thought I had in my closet was a figment of my imagination. I had to order some online.

Since March 16, I've been staying home, organizing my yarns and patterns, finishing projects, updating Etsy listings, and listening to lots of audio books.

At first Etsy sales dropped off, with only one order in the first two weeks. Then two orders at the end of March helped me finish strong.

April started slowly, then I had a burst of orders at mid-month. That's when I decided to do a giveaway. Here are the details:

This is a Bingo board of projects and tasks. To enter, comment with which line, 1 -12, you think I will finish first. As a tiebreaker, guess how many boxes I will fill by the end of the month. You need to get your guesses in by midnight (EST) on April 30, and I'll   pick the winner May 1. You can enter three times...once on each platform...leaving a comment on this blog post, on the post on my Facebook Business Page and Instagram

The prize: you can pick either an octopus, a mini owl or a donut.

Now, some projects will fulfill multiple squares. For instance, if I made a pink striped turtle, finishing off the pink yarn in the process, that would fill three squares. If all three squares are still open, I will determine which one to fill in with the high tech "eeny, meenie, miney moe" technique.

Row 1 (far left, going down): finish off a yarn, Hatching Alien, Ballerina Kitty, stripes (any project made with stripes), pull from stash (when I retrieve yarn that is entered into my inventory and stored in totes throughout   the house)

Row 2: ear saver, finish restock item (replacing an item sold on Etsy or Facebook), Pink (anything using pink yarn), mermaid, Happy Pill.

Row 3: Purple, finish WIP, unicorn, dachshund, 1/2 hour on big project.

Row 4: Master's  blanket, pull from "stealth yarn", colorful chicken, hatching dino, baby bonnet

Definition of "Stealth Yarn"... When I was cleaning my stuff out of the college girl's room, I found several bags of yarn that didn't get put into inventory   yet... mostly because I had projects planned for them. Now that I have time for more projects, I'm   hoping to finally start those projects I have planned for these yarns!

Row 5 is the last column going down: cotton thread (which I use for bottle slings, washcloths, and scrubbies ), donut, Scrap yarn project, dinosaur, and flamingo.

Row 6 is the top line across, starting with "finish off a yarn"

Row 7 is the second line across, starting with "hatching alien"

Row 8 is the middle row across, starting with "ballerina kitty"

Row 9 is the second from the bottom row, starting with "stripes"

Row 10 is the bottom row, starting with "pull from stash"

Row 11 is the diagonal from bottom left to top right: pull from stash, mermaid, unicorn, pull from stealth, cotton thread.

Row 12 is the diagonal from bottom right to top  left: flamingo, hatching dino, unicorn, finish restock   item, finish off a yarn.

And the meter resets today for another milestone giveaway... which probably  won't be so complicated ! 😁

You can follow my Facebook page and Instagram posts to see what I'm finishing up...
Row 11 was the winner!

2020 Vision

Well, it's a new year... a new decade.

I got discouraged with blogging in 2019. And with the whole business aspect of selling my knit and crocheted items. I would start a project with high hopes that it was a hot item that would sell quickly...only to have it sit in inventory. I also had a record number of customers back out on custom orders. In every case, I bent my 50% deposit rule because they were a repeat customer, but I got burned.

So, for 2020, I'm working a different angle of the crochet business, working toward publishing my patterns. I'm focusing on small, quick projects that use up scrap yarn. The first five patterns will probably be:
Turtles - in two sizes. The feet are worked as you go, so the only sewing is the head!

Geckos - two sizes (Mom and baby). Option to make legs as you go, or to make them separately and sew them on.

Mr. Troll... because that hair is just so much fun! And a sequin in the belly button? Yes!

Mini Dinosaurs... with options for spikes, mohawk, stripes and dots.

Caterpillar... make it multi-color, or all one color, with fuzz running down the back.
The Rainbow Caterpillar sold quickly, so I made another one... this time in pink!

As I test and proof my patterns, I will be making multiples of each item to list in my shops.

I went through my spreadsheets (oh, how I love spreadsheets) and figured out which were my top fifteen best sellers for 2019, so I will focus on making those items (hedgehog, gecko, mermaid, unicorn, turtle, elephant, butter lamb, dragon, octopus, donut, cupcake, bottle sling, moose, taco, giraffe). Hopefully by the end of 2020, I will have a bit less in inventory, and a better final net sales, due to adding some pattern sales to the mix.

So my focus for 2020 will be four-fold:
  • Using up my yarn stash
  • Working on publishing my designs in 5-pattern e-books
  • Sticking to my best-seller list as I make new items
  • Finishing up two afghans that I started years ago (Owl Obsession & Mandala Madness)
Getting orders is good, but it derails me from my plans...
I got an order for a dozen potholders in gorgeous, bright colors!

Then I got an order for some sea turtles... but I've made two, but I'm just not satisfied with how they turned out... trying again...

And I'm working on a cow baby blanket. It's taking a bit longer than I thought, so loads of color changes, but it's going to be so cute!

September: Sort of Random Choices

I've done it before... I make up a list of items I want to make, number them, and use Random Number Generator to make a choice.

You know what happens? I get a number, look at the project assigned to that number, and decide I don't want to do that... so I do another random number generation!

So, this month I'm doing it a little differently. Yes, I picked out 15 projects to finish... I picked out items from my paid patterns list, items I need to restock, my scrap yarn list, and my list of items I think will be best sellers.

Scrap
Avocado
Purple Roly Poly Penguin - done

Best Seller:
Gecko Frecko
Hipster Llama
Octopus Hat - in the works
Rainbow Fox - done
Clown Fish Girl

Restock:
Big Red Puppy
Cat Mermaid - done
Hungry Caterpillar
Rainbow Elephant
Spotted Cow - done
Cupcake Penguin

Paid:
Mr. Wiggles

I have a spreadsheet with those 15 projects listed in different orders: alphabetical, by difficulty, by price, and by yarn usage.

For my first project, I got #3. That gave me the choice of spotted cow (came up as #3 on both lists), Avocado, or Clown Fish Girl. I pulled the yarn for a spotted cow. Once I finish that, I'll do another random number generator. Well, the cow is a big project. Maybe I'll pick another number and have a smaller project going too...I have two craft shows in September, including The World's Largest Yard Sale at the Hamburg (NY) fairgrounds. They say they have "thousands of shoppers", so I'm hoping to clear out a bunch of inventory! Small things tend to sell faster...

Hmm... Mermaid Cat, Big Red Puppy, Rainbow Fox, Spotted Cow (oops, should have removed that one and done 1-14). I think I'll start a mermaid cat.

I pulled this sparkly pink yarn for the mermaid cat.
As I thought, I'm getting bored easily with the spotted cow project. I'd rather work on something faster, like the Mermaid cat. I finished it already, and got it into my shop. https://marketplace.acmoore.com/penguinplacecrafts/crochet-mermaid-doll-amigurumi-mermaid-mermaid-cat-mermaid-kitty-mermaid-toy-mermaid-gift-mermaid-plush-custom-mermaid-doll-cat-doll

My next random number generator gave me the choice of Hipster Llama (twice), Rainbow Fox, or Mr. Wiggles. Since the Rainbow Fox is one of those "if you make this, I'll buy it at your next show" items, I'd better get working on that!
Finished the spotted cow, so I did another random number generator. (The Rainbow Fox is in the works, but I like having a little project to work on, too.)

Choices this time: roly poly purple penguin, Frecko Gecko, and Octopus Hat.
Frecko Gecko and the Octopus Hat seem too daunting to have as a back-up project, so Roly Poly Purple Penguin it is!

Since I think I might finish the Rainbox Fox tonight (I was up to the green stripe on his shirt when I finished last night, so only 3 rows of blue and 2 of purple, and I'm pretty much done with the body), I decided to go ahead and do another random number generator for my next big project.

Hmm... these numbers aren't seeming all that random... first 10, then 11...

Okay, choices for #11 are: Rainbow Elephant, Avocado, Clown Fish Girl, or Octopus Hat. Tough choice. Rainbow Elephant would be working from my handwritten notes. Avocado is quick and easy, working from a pattern. Clown Fish girl is working from a mermaid pattern to do clown fish striping, changing things up a bit... and the Octopus Hat (second time that came up) is from a pattern. Since I'm looking for a tough project, I guess I'm picking the octopus hat!

Rainbow Fox is done!
Roly Poly Purple Penguins is done too...
So right now the only project from my plan that is in the works is the Octopus Hat, which is a big project, so I'll do another random number generator and choose a backup project. Next number picked is 2, which gives me the choices of Big Red Puppy (quick and easy), Rainbow Elephant (still pretty easy, and I have the rainbow colors out, but it is a bigger project... I mean, it's an elephant!), Avocado (small, new pattern so I'm not sure how complicated it is, I have the yarn colors out), and Fun Fur Hedgehog. Tough call... I'm picking avocado.

9/14/19 - As my GPS says, "Recalculating"
I had a booth at a local flea market (The World's Largest Yard Sale at the Hamburg Fairgrounds). The show was okay... booth rental was very expensive, so I didn't even sell double my rental. I had shared the booth fee with a friend. If I hadn't done that, I would have been in the red.

But, anyway... I did sell enough to make quite a few additions to my "remake" list... and I got three orders to be picked up at shows in October. Then I got another local order from a friend. So... I need to redo my list. I have fourteen items to make for orders or remake. Orders will get top priority, and then I'll see what I can do with the remake list by the end of September. So, while I will be finishing up a bunch more stuff during September, no more random number generator for a while!

Orders:

Newborn Pumpkin hat - done

Newborn mittens on a string - DONE

Bat - Done

Spotted Cow
Topo Gigio
Two Octopus Hats (child size)

Remakes:
Big Red Puppy
Cupcake Penguin
Rainbow Elephant
Taco
Sleepy Little Octopus
Carrottop Picklemonster
Rainbow Turtle
Cat with pizza
Rainbow Fox
